There were people around and I was too embarrassed to re-park my car so I pulled out and parked in the literal farthest spot from the store where nobody could see me. I think blaming yourself for it is the worst part. I parked really bad at the grocery store the other day. I try to not let it consume me but some days are really hard. He killed himself that night and I never got to say goodbye.

Just such a terrible thing to go through. That parking thing is too real. . You can start with small things that make you smile, and try to incorporate more things into your life that make you feel better. Becoming a morning person has significantly helped my depression. Fast forward eight months- Ive been promoted to an even higher position and received a runner up award for employee of the year.
